Orders

I made an order but did not receive an order confirmation email.

Please check your junk folder for an order confirmation email. Otherwise, write to us at hello@tinylittleexplorers.com and we’ll be most happy to assist you.

I received the wrong order.

We are sorry to have made a mistake - write to us at hello@tinylittleexplorers.com within 5 days of receiving your parcel and we will arrange for a seamless doorstep exchange for you.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel your order within 60 minutes and receive a refund - write to us at hello@tinylittleexplorers.com  with your order number. If more than 60 minutes has lapsed since your order, the fulfilment team is preparing or has already prepared your order for dispatch.

If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within 2 business days. Once the refund has been processed, it will take another 2-3 business days to appear in your bank transaction history.

I would like to add more products to my existing order.

You may cancel your existing order (see above) and make an entirely new order. We are however unable to guarantee that items remain in stock while you place a new order.

Can you combine my orders and ship them together?

No, each order at Tiny Little Explorers is processed individually and in queue. We are regretfully unable to combine orders.

I entered the wrong shipping address.

You may cancel your existing order (see above) and make a new order with the correct shipping address. We are however unable to guarantee that your items remain in stock while you place a new order.

How do I check my order status?

In your order confirmation email, click on “Order Status”. Alternatively, you may log into your registered Tiny Little Explorers account and browse your Order History.

Gifts

Is gift wrapping available?

Yes, you may drop us a message in the comment box to inform us that your order is a gift and we will arrange for it to be put together as a gift. 

Can I add a gift message to my order?

Yes, you may include a gift message in the memo box at checkout.
