Shipping Information
At Tiny Little Explorers, we are dedicated to ensuring that your packages reach you as quickly as possible. Once an order is placed, it is considered final, and you will not be able to modify, combine, or change delivery options. However, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you need to cancel your order and place a new one, please contact us at hello@tinylittleexplorers.com within 60 minutes of your purchase. We are here to help and will do our best to accommodate your request within that timeframe.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on domestic orders over S$100. For all domestic orders within Singapore, please allow 2-3 business days for processing and dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect it to arrive within 3-5 business days for Standard Shipping at a rate of S$6, or within 1-2 business days for Express Shipping at a rate of S$12.
During peak seasons, such as sales or festive periods, delivery times may be longer. For Standard Shipping during these times, expect 6-10 business days, while Express Shipping may take 3-4 business days.
For Express Shipping and Same-Day Delivery, orders must be placed before 1 PM on a working day to ensure same-day processing. Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will only be processed on the next business day.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international orders, please contact us directly at hello@tinylittleexplorers.com to receive a personalized shipping quote. Let us know the items you wish to purchase, and we will provide a quote as soon as possible. International shipping costs are based on the weight or volumetric weight of the items, whichever is higher. Please note that you will be responsible for covering any import taxes and fees associated with your order.
